Items must be Dispatch back within: 21 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once item has been received and inspected money will be refunded to the payment card used for purchase.

As products are handmade it is always best to hand wash them.

Lay flat to dry and do not iron.

Domestic Shipping: All items over £15 will be shipped Royal Mail Second Class Signed For unless upgraded to First Class Signed For. Items over £50 will be shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International Shipping: All items will be shipped Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
